Code Notebooks

This page will eventually house HTML renderings of all Jupyter notebooks associated with my Fundamentals of Active Inference textbook. The content will be made available after the book is published in March 2026 and will also be available for download on a Github page.

The notebooks will walk the reader through all the material in the book (including background material and topics), implement it in code, and reproduce all figures from the book generated by code. The notebooks will also include a modular library of functions that can be used to build custom agents and environments for experimentation.
